Hej, I'm Sebastian Kalhöfer, a PhD candidate in Theoretical Physics at Uppsala University.

My work combines mathematics, physics, and scientific computing, with a particular focus on thermal quantum field theory and electron-phonon interactions in real materials.

I develop and implement mathematical models, bridging analytical theory with numerical methods and programming. This involves translating complex physical systems into efficient computational frameworks and data-driven analyses.

Beyond academia, I am interested in applying these skills to quantitative challenges in industry, especially where modelling, computation, and data analysis are central.
